TOUCHED BY WATER: the trailer

Established in 1989, ARTESIAN FILMS has been creating  independent films by  tamás wormser.

In his road-documentaries, Tamás often takes on simple but universal subjects, exploring them across culture and time, to reveal their physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions: Faces of the Hand, a visual journey looks at the hand as mirror to human nature and Touched by Water a documentary on bathing rituals around the world.

Tamás is also fascinated by the paths of active idealists. Extraordinary individuals have inspired him to make several films, such as Step Up!, about a young dancer’s journey from losing a foot to dancing again, and Believe in Me!, a documentary study about teenaged fathers’ outstanding efforts to be involved dads. Also about dreamers and doers, Travelling Light follows the paths of 5 nomadic artists capturing their remarkable lifestyles and unique views on society.

Tamás has also directed films in other genres:
fiction, such as the ring and The Hat, Prometheus
and dance films like The Three Marias.
Artesian (well): a man-made spring from which pure water spontaneously flows like a fountain under natural pressure.
